From Avarua, head southeast on Ara Tapu (the main road) toward the Takitumu District. Continue walking along this road for about 4 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Wigmore's Waterfall. Look for signs indicating 'Wigmore's Waterfall'. Turn right onto the smaller road and follow it for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see a path leading into the forest; take this path to reach the waterfall.

Rent a bicycle in Avarua and start heading southeast along Ara Tapu. Follow the main road for about 4 kilometers until you come to the junction that leads to Wigmore's Waterfall. Turn right onto the smaller road and cycle for about 1 kilometer. You will find a path that leads into the forest; park your bicycle here and walk down the path to the waterfall.

Take a local bus from Avarua heading towards the Takitumu District. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Wigmore's Waterfall, which is about 5 kilometers from Avarua.
