Continue on Ara Tapu until you reach the intersection with Makea Tinirau Rd, which is about a 20-minute walk. Turn left onto Makea Tinirau Rd and walk for approximately 5 minutes until you see the Cook Islands Library & Museum on your left.

    From Ngatangiia, rent a bicycle and start by cycling west on the main road (Ara Tapu) towards Avarua. This route is fairly flat and scenic. After about 10 minutes of cycling, you will reach the intersection with Makea Tinirau Rd. Turn left onto Makea Tinirau Rd and continue for another 5 minutes. The Cook Islands Library & Museum will be on your left side.
