From Cahuita National Park, you can take a bus from the Cahuita bus stop to Puerto Viejo. Buses run frequently and the fare is about $1.50. After reaching Puerto Viejo, transfer to a bus heading to Manzanillo, which costs approximately $1. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to the Refugio Nacional Gandoca-Manzanillo. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
