Getting There

    If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Limón. Head southeast on Av 2 toward Calle 3, then take a right onto Calle 3. Continue on Route 32 toward Guapiles. After approximately 20 km, you will see signs for Veragua Rainforest. Turn right onto the access road and follow the signs for about 5 km until you reach the entrance. There is parking available on-site, and keep in mind that the entrance fee is approximately $30 per person.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Veragua Rainforest using public transportation, take a bus from Limón to Guapiles. Buses leave regularly from the Limón bus terminal and the fare is around $3. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Guapiles, you will need to take a taxi to Veragua Rainforest, which is roughly a 15-minute drive. Expect to pay around $10 for the taxi ride. Make sure to confirm with the taxi driver that they know the location of Veragua Rainforest.
