Car
If you are driving from Manuel Antonio National Park, begin by heading northeast on Route 618. Continue on this road for approximately 3.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 34. Take a left onto Route 34 towards Quepos. After about 7 kilometers, take the exit towards Quepos/Damas Island. Follow the signs for Damas Island, and you will soon see the Pueblo Real Resort on your left. The Macha Tour entrance is located directly in front of the resort at the Embarcadero.

Public Transportation
To reach Macha Tour via public transportation, start by taking a local bus from Manuel Antonio to Quepos. Buses run frequently throughout the day and the fare is generally around 500-700 CRC (Costa Rican Colones). Upon arriving in Quepos, you can either walk or take a taxi to reach the Pueblo Real Resort. If you choose to walk, head towards Route 34 and follow the signs for Damas Island, which is about a 1.5-kilometer walk. The Macha Tour entrance is located in front of the resort at the Embarcadero.

Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Manuel Antonio National Park to Macha Tour. Taxis are readily available, and the ride should cost approximately 5,000-8,000 CRC depending on your pick-up point within the park. Instruct the driver to take you to the Pueblo Real Resort at Damas Island; the entrance to Macha Tour is directly opposite the resort at the Embarcadero.
