If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve. Head southeast on the main road (Ruta 606) towards Santa Elena. Continue for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signs for San Luis. Turn left onto the road to San Luis and follow it for about 2 kilometers. El Cafetal Coffee Tour will be on your right side, look for the entrance marked with a sign.

For those using public transportation, you can catch a local bus from the Monteverde bus terminal heading towards San Luis. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as services may vary. After approximately 30 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at El Cafetal Coffee Tour, or look for the sign as you approach the area. The bus fare is usually around 500-1,000 CRC (Costa Rican Colón).

If you are close enough and prefer to walk, you can take the main road from the Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve towards San Luis.
