If you're driving from the Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve, start by heading east on the main road (Route 606) towards the town of Santa Elena. Continue straight until you reach a fork in the road, then take the left branch which leads you towards Tilarán. After approximately 8 kilometers, watch for signs indicating El Tigre Waterfalls. Turn onto the Unnamed Road (a gravel road) and follow it for about 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance to El Tigre Waterfalls. Note that parking is available on-site, but there may be a small fee (approximately $5).
