From Puntarenas, head east on Route 1 (Interamericana Highway). Continue for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 27. Turn left onto Route 27. Stay on Route 27 for about 20 kilometers until you see the signs for Orotina. Take the exit towards Orotina, and follow the signs into town. Once in Orotina, look for Cuatronesquinas street, and drive 1.5 kilometers to the west, then turn north for 400 meters to reach Quinta Orotina.
