To reach Chapel in the Clouds by public transport, take a bus from Buenos Aires to Olán. Buses leave regularly from the main terminal in Buenos Aires, and the fare is approximately 1,500 CRC. Upon arriving in Olán, you can either walk (approximately 1 km) or take a taxi to the Chapel, which should cost around 2,000 CRC. Ensure you check the bus schedule for return trips.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Buenos Aires to Chapel in the Clouds. This will cost you around 20,000 CRC for a one-way trip. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes. Be sure to arrange for the taxi to return or take note of local taxi services in Olán for your return journey.

If driving, start from the town of Buenos Aires, Puntarenas. Head southeast on Route 2 (Interamericana) and continue for approximately 10 km. Look for signs indicating Olán. The Chapel in the Clouds will be on your left, just past the small village of Olán. Note that the roads can be bumpy, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended. Parking is available on-site.
