Buses typically leave every hour. The journey will take approximately 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Varablanca, you will need to head towards the Carretera Vara Blanca road.

Upon reaching the bus stop in Varablanca, exit the bus and head northwest on the Carretera Vara Blanca road. You will need to walk about 2 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signage or local directions to guide you. The route is straightforward, but be prepared for some elevation as you approach Escape Poasito, which is located approximately 2 km from the intersection towards the Volcán.
