From Turrialba, head west on Route 10. After approximately 10 kilometers, you'll reach the turnoff for the Aquiares community. Turn left onto the road towards Aquiares and continue for about 5 kilometers. Follow the signs for Aquiares Waterfall. The last stretch will be a dirt road; drive cautiously as it may be bumpy. There is no entrance fee for the waterfall.

To reach Aquiares Waterfall via public transportation, take a bus from Turrialba to Aquiares. Buses run regularly throughout the day. Once you arrive in Aquiares, you may need to walk for about 1.5 kilometers to reach the waterfall. Look for signs directing you to the waterfall; the path can be a bit steep, so wear comfortable shoes. There is no entrance fee for the waterfall.
