If you are in the center of Makarska, head towards the waterfront promenade, known as the Riva. Walk along the promenade in the direction of the ferry terminal. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade. You will see the beautiful Adriatic Sea on your right. Keep walking straight, and you will eventually reach the ferry terminal. From there, take a ferry to Hvar Island, which will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Hvar Town, walk towards the waterfront area, and you will find Carpe Diem Bar located at Riva 32, just a short stroll from the ferry dock.
