If you are driving, start from the center of Pálava. Head east on the road E65 towards Znojmo. After about 10 kilometers, take the exit for Lukov. Follow the signs for Lukov-Znojmo. The castle ruins are located at '669 02 Lukov-Znojmo 2'. There is a small parking area near the castle, but please be aware of the limited space during peak tourist seasons. Note that there may be a small parking fee.

For those using public transport, take a bus from Pálava to Znojmo. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Znojmo, transfer to a bus heading towards Lukov. Check the local bus schedule as the frequency may vary. After arriving in Lukov, it is about a 15-minute walk to the Nový Hrádek u Lukova Castle Ruins. Follow the signs or use a map application for directions to the castle.
