Walking
If you are starting from the Old Town Square, head southeast towards the Church of Our Lady before Týn. Walk past the church and take the first street on your left, which is Železná Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Karoliny Světlé Street. Turn right onto Karoliny Světlé and walk until you see the Charles Bridge (Karlův most) ahead of you. From the Charles Bridge, cross the Vltava River and continue straight until you reach the end of the bridge. Once you are off the bridge, go left onto Smetanovo nábřeží and walk until you reach the intersection with Národní Street. Turn right on Národní and continue straight, you’ll reach the intersection with Spálená Street. Turn left onto Spálená and keep walking until you reach the intersection with the street 'Zlatá'. Turn right onto Zlatá Street, and Prague Crossroads (St. Anne's Church) will be on your right.

If you are near the Wenceslas Square, walk to the Muzeum metro station (Line A or C). Take the metro towards the direction of the Staroměstská station (for Line A). Upon arrival, take the exit towards the Old Town Square. From the Old Town Square, head southeast towards the Church of Our Lady before Týn.
