Walking
If you are in the vicinity of Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí), head south towards the National Museum. Once you reach the museum, turn left onto the street called Vodičkova. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the street Karoliny Světlé. Turn right onto Karoliny Světlé and continue walking until you reach the Charles Bridge (Karlův most). Cross the bridge, taking in the views of the Vltava River. Once you are across the bridge, you will find yourself on Křižovnické náměstí. The square will be to your right after you cross the bridge.

Public Transport
From Nove Mesto, you can take tram number 17 from the tram stop 'Václavské náměstí' (make sure to validate your ticket before boarding, which costs around 32 CZK for a 30-minute ticket). Ride for two stops and get off at 'Křižovnické náměstí' tram stop. From there, you will be just a short walk away from your destination.
