The Zlatá Stezka is easily accessible from Vimperk. From the town square, follow the signs towards Zlatá Stezka/Philippsreut. The trail begins on Zlatá stezka road, approximately 1.5km southwest from the center of Vimperk. The path is well-marked, and the initial section is relatively easy. No costs are associated with accessing the trail.

Vimperk is accessible by bus and train. From the Vimperk bus or train station, it is approximately a 1.5 km walk to the start of the Zlatá Stezka. Follow the signs towards Zlatá Stezka/Philippsreut. Local bus fares within Vimperk are around 20 CZK. Train tickets vary depending on the distance.
