From Wilmington, DART First State Route 15 provides hourly bus service to New Castle. The bus stops at 6th St @ Delaware St, a short walk from the New Castle Court House and the Green. The fare is $1 - $3. From Newark, NJ, you can take an Amtrak train to Wilmington, DE, and then transfer to the DART First State Route 15 bus to New Castle.
