If you are driving, start from the center of Barahona and head southwest on the Carretera Barahona-Pedernales (DR-44). Follow this road for approximately 20 minutes until you reach a junction. Keep right to stay on DR-44 and continue for another 15 minutes. Look for signs indicating 'Los Patos' and turn left onto a smaller road (you may also see signs for Balneario Los Patos). Continue straight for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Balneario Los Patos, which is located at XR48+Q5V. Note that there may be a small parking fee, typically around 100 Dominican Pesos (about $2 USD).

Public Transportation
To reach Balneario Los Patos using public transportation, head to the main bus terminal in Barahona. Look for a bus or 'carro publico' heading towards Los Patos or Pedernales. The fare should be around 50 Dominican Pesos (approximately $1 USD). The ride will take around 30-40 minutes. After you arrive in Los Patos, it’s a short walk to the beach area. If you are unsure about the stop, ask the driver to let you know when you reach Balneario Los Patos. Expect to pay around 100 Dominican Pesos (about $2 USD) for entrance to the beach area.
