Follow this road for about 10 minutes until you see signs for Playa Los Patos. The road will lead you directly to a parking area near the beach. Be prepared for a small parking fee, usually around 100 DOP.

From Neiba, you can take a 'carro publico' (shared taxi) heading towards the coast. These taxis frequently leave from the main plaza in Neiba. Make sure to tell the driver you are going to Playa Los Patos. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes. The fare is typically around 150 DOP per person. Once you arrive at Playa Los Patos, you may need to walk a short distance to the beach, as the public transport will drop you off at the nearest point.
