From Las Terrenas, head northwest on Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte towards Calle 27 de Febrero. Continue straight for about 1.5 km and then turn left onto Carretera #5. Follow Carretera #5 for approximately 20 km. You will see signs for Dudú Lagoon on your right. The entrance to Dudú Lagoon is well-marked, and there is a parking area available.

Public Transportation
Take a local guagua (shared taxi) from Las Terrenas to Cabrera. These usually depart from a designated area in Las Terrenas. The fare is typically around 100-150 DOP (Dominican Pesos). Once you arrive in Cabrera, you can either take a motorcycle taxi (motoconcho) for about 50 DOP to Dudú Lagoon or walk about 2 km while following the signs towards the lagoon.
