Car
If you are traveling by car from anywhere within Soomaa National Park, first ensure you have a GPS or map app handy. Head towards the main road, E263 (Tallinn–Pärnu–Ikla highway). Once on E263, follow it south towards Viljandi. After approximately 45 km, take the exit towards Viljandi and continue onto Tasuja pst. The Estonian Traditional Music Center will be on your right at Tasuja pst 6. Parking is available nearby, and there may be a small parking fee, so please check local signage.

To reach the Estonian Traditional Music Center using public transportation, look for a bus service from the nearest bus stop in Soomaa National Park. You may need to take a bus to Viljandi, which is the closest town with a bus station. Once you arrive at the Viljandi bus station, which is about 1.5 km from the music center, you can either walk or take a local taxi.
