If you are already in Tallinn Old Town, the Bishop's Garden viewing platform is easily accessible on foot. Start from the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats) and head east towards Pikk Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Toom-Kooli Street. Turn left onto Toom-Kooli Street. The viewing platform is located at the end of this street, just past the Toompea Castle, at the address Toom-Kooli 21.

Public Transportation
To reach the Bishop's Garden viewing platform via public transport, you can take a tram from Tallinn Old Town. Head to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Vabaduse väljak' (Freedom Square). Take tram number 2 towards 'Lasnamäe'. Get off at the stop 'Toompea'. From there, follow the same walking directions mentioned above: walk towards Toom-Kooli Street and continue straight until you reach the platform. Note that a single tram ticket costs around €2.00.
