From Lavumisa Border Post, head north on the main road (MR1) towards Ndzevane. Continue for approximately 15 km until you see a sign for Nisela Nature Reserve on your left. Turn left onto the access road and follow it for about 2 km until you reach the entrance of Nisela Nature Reserve. There may be a small entrance fee at the gate, so keep some cash handy. Parking is available on-site.

From Lavumisa Border Post, take a minibus taxi heading towards Mbabane. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Ndzevane. The fare should be around E20 (Eswatini Lilangeni). Once you reach Ndzevane, you may need to walk approximately 2 km to reach Nisela Nature Reserve. Alternatively, you can ask a local for assistance, as they may be willing to give you a lift for a small fee.
