Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Mhlume, head southeast on the main road towards Ndzevane. Continue walking straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction. At the junction, take a right turn onto the road leading towards Ndzevane. Keep walking for another 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Nisela Nature Reserve indicating the entrance on your left. Follow the path leading into the reserve.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle in Mhlume and head southeast on the main road towards Ndzevane. Continue cycling straight for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the junction. At the junction, turn right onto the road leading towards Ndzevane. Bike for another 1.5 kilometers, and watch for the signs directing you to Nisela Nature Reserve on your left. Follow the path into the reserve.

  • Public Transport

    Locate the nearest bus stop in Mhlume and take a local taxi or bus heading towards Ndzevane. Inform the driver that you wish to stop at Nisela Nature Reserve. After approximately 15-20 minutes, the driver will drop you off near the entrance to the reserve. From there, follow the signs leading into Nisela Nature Reserve.
