    If you are already in Tórshavn, the Landsbókasavnið is easily accessible on foot. From the ferry terminal, head east towards the city center. Continue along J.C. Svabos gøta, and you will reach the library in about 15-20 minutes. This walk offers a pleasant way to experience the local architecture and atmosphere of Tórshavn.

Observe the blue parking signs for time limits, which are enforced Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. Fines for parking violations are DKK 200.
