Walking
If you are starting from the center of Tórshavn, head towards the main pedestrian street, Niels Finsens gøta. Walk straight down this street until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the water, turn left and continue along the waterfront path. You will pass the Tórshavn marina on your right. Keep walking until you see the historic wooden houses on your left, which is Tinganes. The Old Faroese parliament buildings are located at 8 Undir Kjallara, Tórshavn 100.

From the Tórshavn Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head south towards the main road, Vøttastígur. Turn left onto Vøttastígur and follow it until you reach the intersection with Gøtugøta. Turn right onto Gøtugøta, then left at the next junction onto Niels Finsens gøta. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront, then turn left and follow the path along the water until you arrive at Tinganes. The Old Faroese parliament buildings will be on your left at 8 Undir Kjallara.
