You can take bus number 1 or 2, which both stop near Jyväskylä City Hall. Get off at the 'Kauppakatu' stop. From there, walk straight down Kauppakatu street until you reach Vapaudenkatu. Turn left onto Vapaudenkatu, and Jyväskylä City Hall will be on your right at number 32.
