Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, navigate to Nuuksio National Park by entering the following address into your GPS: Unnamed Road, 02820 Espoo. From Helsinki, take Route 1 (E18) towards Espoo, and then take the exit for Nuuksio. Follow the signs for Nuuksio National Park. Once you arrive, park at the designated parking areas near the Korpinkierros Trail entrance. Note that parking may incur a fee, typically around €5 per day.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Korpinkierros Trail via public transportation, take the commuter train from Helsinki to Espoo. Board the train at Helsinki Central Station and disembark at the 'Kirkkonummi' stop. From there, take bus number 245 towards 'Nuuksio National Park'. The bus will drop you off at the nearest stop, approximately a 10-minute walk from the trailhead. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary. The total cost for the train and bus ride will be around €5-€10 depending on your starting point.

• Walking

  If you are already within Nuuksio National Park, locate one of the main visitor centers or signs indicating the Korpinkierros Trail. The trailhead is well-marked and should be accessible via well-trodden paths. Follow the signs for Korpinkierros, which will guide you through the scenic landscapes of the park. The trail starts at the main parking area closest to 'Unnamed Road'.
