From Clearwater Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop on Mandalay Avenue. Take the PSTA Bus Route 60 towards Tarpon Springs. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Tarpon Springs City Hall stop. From there, transfer to the PSTA Bus Route 19 heading north. Get off at the stop on N Pinellas Ave, which is a short walk from the Tarpon Springs Aquarium and Animal Sanctuary located at 1722 N Pinellas Ave.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Clearwater. Head north on Mandalay Avenue towards the Memorial Causeway Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue on Clearwater Memorial Causeway until you reach the intersection with US-19. Follow US-19 north for about 6 miles, then turn right onto N Pinellas Ave. The Tarpon Springs Aquarium will be on your left at 1722 N Pinellas Ave.

If you are near the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, you can walk to the aquarium. It’s about a 30-minute walk. Head northeast on Dodecanese Blvd towards Safford Ave, then turn left onto N Pinellas Ave. Walk north for about 1 mile, and you will find the Tarpon Springs Aquarium at 1722 N Pinellas Ave on your right.
