Get off at the 'Knight Center' station, which is just a short walk from your destination. As you exit the station, head southeast on SE 2nd Ave for about 2 minutes until you reach the James L. Knight Center at 400 SE 2nd Ave.

Look for the Miami-Dade Transit buses. You can take Bus 3, which stops nearby. Board the bus at a stop on your current route, and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for 'SE 2nd Ave & SE 4th St'. From there, it's just a quick 3-minute walk east along SE 2nd Ave to reach the James L. Knight Center.
