If you are driving from Clermont-Ferrand, take the A71 motorway towards Lyon. After about 15 km, take exit 16 towards Volvic. Follow D941 towards Volvic for about 12 km. When you reach Volvic, turn onto Rue des Sources. Space Volvic Information will be on your right. There is parking available nearby, but it may incur a small fee during peak tourist seasons.

Take the tram from Clermont-Ferrand to the 'Clermont-Ferrand Gare Routière' bus station. From there, catch the bus number 9 towards Volvic. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Volvic - Rue des Sources' stop. Space Volvic Information is a short walk from the bus stop; head straight along Rue des Sources, and you will find it on your right.
