Parking is available at Col de Ceyssat (€8 per vehicle during peak season). From there, you can hike to the summit or take the Panoramique des Dômes train (€16.50 round trip).

From Clermont-Ferrand, several TER (regional express train) lines serve towns near the park, such as Volvic, Riom-Châtel-Guyon, and Le Mont-Dore. From these towns, local bus services or taxis can be used to reach specific trailheads or attractions within the park. For the Puy de Dôme, a shuttle bus operates from Clermont-Ferrand train station to the base of the mountain (€3.50 one way, weekends only).
