Walking
If you are starting from the Lourdes train station, exit the station and head east towards Avenue de la Gare. Turn left onto Avenue de la Gare and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la République. Turn right onto Rue de la République and walk straight. After about 600 meters, you will reach the main entrance to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Continue walking straight through the Sanctuary area, and you will see the impressive Basilica of St. Pius X on your left. From there, head towards the main square of the Sanctuary, and directly in front of you is the entrance to the Sacre-Coeur Parish Church, located at Pl. de l'Église, 65100 Lourdes.

If you are at the Grotto of Massabielle, exit the Grotto area and head towards the main Sanctuary entrance. Walk towards the Basilica of St. Pius X, which will be on your right. Continue walking along the path that leads to the main square. Once you reach the square, you will see the Sacre-Coeur Parish Church directly in front of you. The church is located at Pl. de l'Église, 65100 Lourdes.

From the central shopping area of Lourdes, located around Rue de la République, walk towards the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Head northwest along Rue de la République until you reach the Sanctuary entrance. Once inside the Sanctuary, proceed straight to the main square.
