Getting There

Walking
If you are near the iconic Sacré-Cœur Basilica, head south down Rue du Chevalier de la Barre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Vieuville. Turn left onto Rue de la Vieuville and follow it until you reach Place du Calvaire, which will be just a short walk away. Look for the large open square with benches and trees.

Funicular
If you are starting from the base of the hill in Montmartre, you can take the Montmartre Funicular to reach the top. Board the funicular at the station located near the Place des Tertres. The ride costs 1.90€ (the same as a single metro ticket) and will take you directly to the top of the hill, near Sacré-Cœur. Once you exit, walk south on Rue du Chevalier de la Barre and follow the directions mentioned above to reach Place du Calvaire.
