Bicycle
If you are near the main village of Avatoru, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head west on Route de l'Aéroport towards the coast. Continue until you reach the intersection with Route de Tiputa. Turn left onto Route de Tiputa and follow it for approximately 5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Rangiroa Activities, which will be on your left side, just before you reach the Tiputa Pass.

From the Avatoru village, walk towards Route de l'Aéroport heading west. Follow this road until you reach the junction with Route de Tiputa. At this junction, turn left onto Route de Tiputa. Continue walking for about 5 kilometers; you will see signs for Rangiroa Activities on your left, just before the entrance to Tiputa Pass.
