Car
From Vaitape, the main town on Bora Bora, take Route de Vaitape towards the northern part of the island. Follow the signs for Mont Popoti along the coastal road. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes. Park at the designated parking area near the trailhead. Parking is free. Note that parking can be limited.
Public Transport
Use the local bus service from Vaitape towards Faanui. Inform the driver you are going to Mont Popoti. The bus will drop you off at the nearest bus stop to the trailhead. From there, walk a short distance to reach the mountain. A single bus fare costs approximately 200 XPF.
