From the center of Mtatsminda, head towards the Funicular. Walk down to the station and take the Funicular down to the bottom station. The ride is affordable, typically costing around 2 GEL (Georgian Lari). Once you arrive at the bottom, exit the station and turn left onto Paliashvili Street.
