If you are near Alexanderplatz, take the U2 line towards Pankow. Ride for 4 stops and get off at Schönhauser Allee station. Once you exit the station, head towards Schönhauser Allee. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach Kulturbrauerei at Schönhauser Allee 36.

If you are at the Hackescher Markt area, take the M10 tram line towards Warschauer Straße. Ride for 5 stops and get off at the station called Eberswalder Straße. From there, walk along Eberswalder Straße towards Schönhauser Allee, then turn right on Schönhauser Allee. Kulturbrauerei will be on your left at number 36.

If you are near the Brandenburg Gate, take bus line 100 towards Alexanderplatz. Get off at the stop called Rosenthaler Platz. From there, walk towards Schönhauser Allee (about 10 minutes). Turn left on Schönhauser Allee and you will find Kulturbrauerei at number 36.
