Walking
If you are starting from Heidelberg's main train station (Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the main street, Bahnhofstraße. Walk straight along Bahnhofstraße for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Bismarckstraße. Turn right onto Bismarckstraße and continue straight for about 500 meters. You will see a tram stop called 'Bismarckplatz'. From here, continue walking straight until you reach the next major intersection. Cross the intersection and follow the signs towards 'Altstadt' (Old Town). Keep walking straight until you arrive at the Alte Brücke (Old Bridge). Cross the bridge and once you reach the other side, take a left at the first street, which is called 'Hirschgasse'. Continue walking along Hirschgasse for about 300 meters, and you will find Geschnitztes Eichhörnchen at Hirshgasse 11A on your right.
