Getting There

Public Transport
If you are starting from Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take the S-Bahn line S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7, or S8 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Marienplatz' station. Once you arrive at Marienplatz, exit towards the main square. From there, walk towards the impressive New Town Hall (Neues Rathaus). Continue straight until you reach the 'Theatinerstraße' street, where you will see signs for Theatine Church. Turn right onto Theatinerstraße and walk straight until you reach Salvatorplatz, where the church is located.

If you are in the Altstadt-Lehel area, you can easily walk to Theatine Church. Head towards Salvatorplatz 2a. If you are near the Viktualienmarkt, walk north towards the Sendlinger Straße.
