Public Transport
From Potsdam Central Station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take the RE1 train towards Berlin. Get off at Berlin Central Station (Berlin Hauptbahnhof). From there, take the S-Bahn S5, S7, or S9 towards the direction of Westkreuz and get off at the Friedrichstraße station. Exit the station and walk towards Dorotheenstraße, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Follow Dorotheenstraße until you reach number 97 on your left.

Bus
From Potsdam Central Station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take Bus 607 towards S-Bahnhof Griebnitzsee and get off at the stop 'S Potsdam Park Sanssouci'. From there, transfer to Bus 695 towards Berlin, and get off at 'Mauerpark'. Walk to the U-Bahnhof Bernauer Straße and take U-Bahn line U8 towards Lehnitz. Transfer at the station 'Alexanderplatz' to the U-Bahn line U2 towards Ruhleben, and get off at 'Potsdamer Platz'. Finally, walk to Dorotheenstraße and find number 97.

Walking
If you are in the city center of Potsdam, you can walk towards the main train station and then continue towards Berlin. It's a long walk but you can follow the paths through the parks and along the Havel River. Once you reach the border with Berlin, continue walking until you arrive at Dorotheenstraße. This will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental stations in Potsdam. Head towards the Glienicke Bridge (Glienicker Brücke) to cross into Berlin. After crossing, continue biking on the main road towards the center of Berlin. Follow signs for the Brandenburg Gate and then head towards Dorotheenstraße. It should take about 30-40 minutes of biking to reach your destination.
