Walking
If you are starting from the central square, Marktplatz, head northwest towards the Rödergasse street. This is a short 5-minute walk. As you walk, you will pass by the beautiful town hall (Rathaus) on your right. Continue straight until you reach the Rödergasse. Turn left onto Rödergasse. After a short walk of about 2 minutes, you will see the Markus Tower on your right at Rödergasse 1. It's a tall structure, so it should be easy to spot.

If you are at the Rothenburg ob der Tauber train station, exit the station and head east towards the town center. You can follow the signs that direct you to the Altstadt (Old Town). The walk will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the Altstadt, look for the main street leading to the Marktplatz. From there, follow the previous directions to Rödergasse.

If you are at the Medieval Crime Museum (Mittelalterliches Kriminalmuseum), exit the museum and head south on Burggasse towards the city wall. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rödergasse. Turn right onto Rödergasse, and in about 5 minutes, you will arrive at Markus Tower at Rödergasse 1.
