From the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion, exit the museum and head south on Xanthoudidou Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Leof. Nearchou. Turn left onto Leof. Nearchou and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. The Venetian Shipyards / Vechi will be on your right side, located at Leof. Nearchou, Iraklio 712 02.

Public Bus
If you prefer to take public transportation, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on 1866 Square, about 600 meters from the Archaeological Museum. Catch bus number 1, 2, or 3 towards the 'Kastelli' direction. Get off at the 'Vechi' stop. From there, it’s a short walk of about 300 meters to reach the Venetian Shipyards, located at Leof. Nearchou. Note that the bus fare is approximately €1.50.
