If you are starting from the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, exit the museum and head east on Xanthoudidou street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 25th August street. Take a left onto 25th August street and walk until you reach the central square, Plateia Eleftherias. From there, head south towards the waterfront along the main pedestrian street, Odos 1866. When you reach the end of this street, turn right onto Odos Kalokairinou and continue until you see the large square, Pl. Agiou Titou. The Holy Cathedral Temple of Saint Titus is located at Pl. Agiou Titou, right at the center of the square.
