Start from the central area of Heraklion, such as Eleftherias Square. Head southwest toward 25th August Street, which is a bustling pedestrian street filled with shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Psaromiligkon Street. Turn left onto Psaromiligkon Street. Walk along this street for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Plaque of Major Michael Tzoulakis on your right side, located in a small park area.
