Getting There

    If you're starting from the Olympia Archaeological Museum, exit the museum and turn left onto the main road (Archaia Olympia). Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Ancient Olympia site. Continue walking straight, and after approximately 1 kilometer, you will see the entrance to the ancient site on your left. Proceed through the entrance and follow the path leading towards the Temple of Zeus. Just beyond the temple, you will find the remains of the Workshop of Phidias, along with the Early Christian basilica.

    Starting from the Olympic Stadium, head towards the main exit and turn right onto the path leading towards the archaeological site. Walk for about 300 meters, then turn left at the fork in the path. Continue straight for another 700 meters, and you will see the Workshop of Phidias - Early Christian basilica on your right, just past the Temple of Hera. The site is well marked, so you shouldn't miss it.

    From the main square in Olympia (Plateia Agiou Nikolaou), head towards the Olympia Archaeological Museum. Once you reach the museum, follow the previous directions from the museum entrance to the Workshop of Phidias - Early Christian basilica.
