Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Pyrgos, start at the main square (Plateia Iroon). Head south on Leoforos M. Voutyra street and continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Anexartisias street. Turn right onto Anexartisias street and follow it for about 700 meters. You will see signs for the beach and Órmos Ammoúdi. Continue straight, and as you approach the coast, the road will lead you down towards the bay.

    From Pyrgos, you can take a local bus to the nearby village of Akrotiri. Head to the bus station located near the main square (Plateia Iroon) and look for a bus heading to Akrotiri. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Akrotiri, follow the signs towards the coast. It's approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to Órmos Ammoúdi.
