If you are driving from Samaria Gorge to Ammoudi, start by heading towards Chania and then follow the signs to the E65 highway. After approximately 30 km, take the exit toward Oia/Santorini. Continue on this road for about 10 km until you reach Oia. Once in Oia, navigate towards the coast, and follow the signs for Ammoudi Bay. There is parking available near Ammoudi, but it can be limited, so plan to arrive early.

From Samaria Gorge, take a bus to Chania. Once in Chania, transfer to a bus heading to Oia. The bus ride from Chania to Oia could take approximately 2-3 hours. Upon arriving in Oia, walk downhill towards the coast, following the signs that lead to Ammoudi Bay. Be prepared for a steep walk down, as the path can be quite steep. Alternatively, you could take a taxi from Oia to Ammoudi, which may cost around €10-€15.

If you are already in Oia, you can walk to Ammoudi Bay. From the main village center of Oia, head downhill towards the sea. Follow the path that leads you down to the harbor, which will take about 20-30 minutes. The path is well-trodden but can be steep, so wear comfortable shoes. Once you reach the bottom, you will see the beautiful Ammoudi Bay.
