Walking
From the center of Rethymno, head towards the seafront promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the Venetian Harbor. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the bus station at the harbor. From there, catch a KTEL bus to Chania, which is approximately a 1-hour journey. Once you arrive at the Chania bus station, exit the station and head towards Theotokopoulou Street to your left. Walk straight down Theotokopoulou Street for about 10 minutes until you reach the Byzantine/Post-Byzantine Collection of Chania located at Theotokopoulou 78.

Public Transport
From Rethymno, make your way to the local bus station. Look for the KTEL bus that goes to Chania (it should be clearly marked). Purchase a ticket at the station or from the bus driver. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Chania, you can either walk or take a local bus towards the Old Town area. If walking, head straight from the bus station to Theotokopoulou Street, and you will reach your destination at Theotokopoulou 78 in about 10 minutes.
