From the center of Rethymno, head to the main bus station located at 2 G. Koutoudaki Street. Take the KTEL bus heading towards Panormos. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Panormos bus station, you will need to walk towards the main road (E75). Head east on the main road for about 10 minutes until you reach the signs for Castle of Milopotamos.
